All sales of collectibles, trading cards, mystery items, blind bags, and sealed products are final. Once opened, these items cannot be returned, exchanged, or refunded for any reason.

We do not guarantee specific characters, cards, rarities, or contents in sealed or mystery products.

Food & Consumable Products

For health and safety reasons, all sales of food, snacks, candy, beverages, and consumable products are final. No returns, exchanges, or refunds will be accepted.

Plush Toys, Squishies & Novelty Items

Minor variations in color, stitching, shape, texture, packaging, or appearance are normal and are not considered defects. These items are sold as-is and are not eligible for return or exchange.
